My little Kyndal Grace is growing up, so much so that I can barely see the four year old in her. She talks like she's ten, walks like she is 12 and acts like a miniature 14 year old me! SCARY! I love her to pieces but boy is she going to take me for a ride the next 10-14 years. She turned 4 last week and we did her pictures close the house. She was not really into it and it was pretty hard to get her to focus on the pictures....she was more interested in getting home to play baseball with the boys :) She is total girly girl when with her BFF and a total tomboy when she is at home with her older brother! I can hardly believe it has been 4 years since we welcomed her to this world, she has come along way with her heart condition and health issues, she has grown to be an adorable, talkative, curious, stubborn and sassy little miss! All traits I don't think I could live without!

kelsey bug play cushions
I got the wonderful opportunity to do another product photo shoot last weekend with Kelsey Bug Play and Exercise Cushions. I had done their original photo shoot and Charity asked me again if they could use my studio for a video and if I would shoot some photos of her phase II cushions which are washable and removable! I was happy to do it for her and I am super excited with the final product. We were not able to get a newborn model for the shoot, but despite that the babies did amazing! If you are interested in these cushions (KIDS LOVE THEM!) please visit her website and www.kelseybugplay.com and order some. The cushions are GREAT for babies especially for tummy time and for developing head control and core strength. They are definitely needed today when we see more and more babies spending less time on their tummies! Charity has a great product in these cushions and I am excited to announce that she is in the final stages of having her cushions placed in a national daycare setting all over the country! Check her out if you are interested!

super fun
These pictures will make you smile, they capture the essence of a fun family! The Penn's are a family that won one of my 1/2 off sessions from a bazaar I did in Greeley in early Spring. The children are 3 year old twins and full of energy. I did a lot of running and hiding and jumping and dancing for these pictures and boy was it a ton of fun! An adorable family and great pictures, in fact there were so many good ones I had to limit this post! Hope you love your pics Kim and Sam. It was so great to meet you all!

beautiful
The last family I got to photograph last Sunday was the Larsen family! They are new clients, but are a referral from the Spielmann's! Despite the cold weather and chattering teeth, their children came with gorgeous smiles and the most beautiful eyes! In fact, they are just a beautiful family! We had a good time at Meridian in South Denver and enjoyed and the fun little places to take pictures! I hope that you enjoy there pictures and I really hope that I get to meet up with this incredible family again!

missing daddy
The second family I took pictures for on my cold Sunday were the Kirk family. I photographed them all in October and was so excited to see them. When I saw Michelle, I learned that the whole family was moving to Iowa as dad had gotten a new job there. I also learned that dad was not able to be there for the pictures so we were going to do pictures of the kiddos and some with just mom. The pictures turned out great (I still can't help but LOVE Samuel's smile) but I think we were all missing dad a bit, we were even joking about ways we could photoshop him in :) Michelle and Paul, I hope that when you come back to Colorado to visit you schedule a photosession with me, I have really enjoyed meeting your adorable kids and your wonderful family!
a cold, wet day
It was cold and wet on Saturday and about 10 degrees cooler in South Denver than in Greeley, but I really didn't want to cancel my marathon photo shoot of 3 families, mainly because I was super excited to see the Spielmann families and the Kirk families again! These two families have been repeat customers and I can't say enough what that means to me when families get ahold of me and want me to photograph them again and again. I have had the pleasure of photographing the Spielmann's twice a year for 2 almost three years now. I have watched the twins grow up and little Carter become a sweet boy! There were SO MANY good ones from the shoot despite the freezing cold temps and the kids wearing tank tops :) I had to finally stop putting together web boards because it was going to be a super sized sneak peek. Brad and Tracey I hope you love your pictures, I do and it is always a JOY to get to photograph and visit with your family!
