The Wolfe family came from Tulsa, Oklahoma to visit family and to have me take their family pictures!  We almost cancelled because of an evening thunderstorm, but we were lucky and it died down just as they made the one and half hour drive from Castle Rock to meet me at the Poudre River Trail.  We had a gorgeous night and got some great pictures of their family!  The whole family is just adorable!

easton and taylor

Easton and Taylor joined me for a cousins session at the Poudre River Trail last Tuesday night.  Taylor is visiting from Texas and Grandma wanted the rare opportunity to get pictures done with the cousins together.  Easton wasn't too sure of the grass at the trail, but we solved that with a chair and the bridge and we got some adorable photos.

Sweet Alyssa turned one last week and I can't believe it has been a year since I photographed her at just 6 weeks old.  Cute as a button and ready with smiles......until we handed her cake, then she really wasn't sure!  She still smashed it with grace!  Happy Birthday sweet girl!

Little Zoey is 18 months old and met me at the Poudre River trail with her mommy for a photo session.  It was another wonderful Colorado night and we got some great shots of her beautiful blue eyes!

lafehr family

Last Thursday night I met up with the Lafehr extended family to take pictures as a father's day gift!  We met at Chupangu Sculpture Park in Centerra and had a beautiful summer evening to content with.  We took a ton of pictures and little Ella was posed and ready for every shot....she is truly a cutie pie!  I love getting to see my clients every year and each time I photograph this family it just keeps growing :)

One of my most cherished photo sessions happened for me last Monday night.  I had the opportunity to photograph one of PT students who I have been working with since he was 3 years old.  I have only ever had this opportunity one other time before with a PT student.  Capturing a family's smiles and their special moments is what I love most about this "hobby" of mine, but there is something even more special about capturing that of one of your students.  We met at Glenmere Park an of course we had a ton of fun, a lot of giggles and silliness and most of all some amazing pictures.  Enjoy this adorable family!
