minner family

What a fun Sunday morning!  I got to meet up with the Minner family of 6!  The kids are adorable and so photogenic, the littlest one Giana (I might have spelled it wrong) has the most gorgeous eyes and little smile, she was a flirt for the camera!  Tony the middle child is all 5th grader and had plenty of fun picking on his older sister and younger brother.  Lexi is so sweet and has a beautiful smile.  Then there is Roco!  I had a photography first when mid-way through our photo shoot, Roco (3 years old) decided to randomly jump in the pond.  I think mom and dad were horrified, but not as horrified as they will be that I posted this little fact :)  Because it gave me such a chuckle, I had to document it and post the after pictures!  We were able to clean him up and still got some more great pictures of them.  I am only posting a few, BUT seriously EVERY pictures turned out good!  Hope you love them Dani and Kevin.  Thanks for letting me capture your memories!

brady

11 days old and wide awake!  Brady came to visit me in my studio yesterday afternoon and was not sleepy at all, not to mention he didn't love having his clothes off :)  No worries though, we got some great pics with him, he is ADORABLE!

Dopke Kids

Early this morning I drove to Highland's Ranch and met up with Josie and Brennan at Civic Green Park.  Josie just turned 6 months old and Brennan is almost 3 years old already.  You will remember when I first met Brennan from these pictures last year.  Brennan is all boy and is not a fan of the camera, he actually told me to put it away at one time in the morning :)  Josie on the other hand loves the camera!  What a great time we had this morning.  I love it when I get to see previous clients and get the chance to document how quickly they grow and change!

johnson/coleman wedding

I love small weddings, they are special and intimate and relaxed.  I don't typically do weddings, but when Darby called me in July and described her wedding to me a small, intimate, wedding in a tea garden, relaxed and mainly for family and very close friends to celebrate the union of two people, I couldn't say no.  When I got there last Saturday it was just as she described and a complete honor to be a part of it.  I love being able to capture memories and I think with these photos we did that.  Darby was beautiful on Saturday and she glowed! Congratulations to Darby and Lars, may you continue to make a lifetime of memories!

danny and luke

Danny and Luke came up to Greeley from Denver with their mom last Monday night for a birthday shoot.  Luke recently turned 1 and Danny just turned 6 and started kindergarten this year!  It was a warm and muggy night at Glenmere Park and the boys were not the best fans of the camera, but we played and walked and had a great time capturing such special ages and sweet sweet boys!

I met up with high school senior Leighann last Sunday for her senior photo shoot in Downtown Greeley. Leighann came all the way up from Aurora which I thought was pretty great! Of course we have not had rain in weeks and just about the time for her shoot it got windy and threatened rain. We were able to do the pictures anyway and I think we got some beautiful shots of Leighann! She is a gorgeous, gorgeous girl and once I got her to loosen up a bit, I think she had a blast! I know I did!
