walkup family

This family is one that has quickly become good friends with us, both their children and our children are in the same classes at school, and our boys have been playing sports together for the last year. We have good laughs together and it has been so nice getting to know them over the past year! We tried out a new spot in Greeley for pictures today and I think that we caught the light at the perfect time, the sun was setting and it was gorgeous. No black and white this post because the beautiful fall colors in Colorado are so wonderful right now! Enjoy!

baby aliyah and her family

This is a short blog mainly because I feel like I am getting behind in my editing and have so much to do before this busy weekend, but I wanted to give you a sneak peek of baby Aliyah! She was not the sleepy baby we hoped for, but we got some great pics with her and her new family.

Supersized Sneak Peek

So my very good friend Erin asked me to take on her ENTIRE family for pictures this weekend and I was so excited to see how 3 wonderful families could come together and create a photo that speaks volumes about what a family is, how it is created and what family stands for. I feel like we captured that in this photo session. Pat and Ron started this family of 3 girls and that family has extended to son in laws and eventually 9 beautiful grandchildren. I love how each family is different, each family has boys that out number girls :) (remember this was originally a family of only girls), and how each family picture tells a story of our adventure! Pat and Ron you made an unbelievable legacy in your family and it is shown in the beautiful faces of your daughters and grandchildren. Thanks so much for letting me capture your memories!

berg family

I met up with the Berg family again this weekend and this time I go to photograph the whole family. What a nice family to work with and I have enjoyed photographing them. I also fell in love with there color choices for the fall picture! The brown and teal was awesome against the fall color and I always love it when families take a bit of a risk on the color choice! I hope to get to do some more of them very soon!
